Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after the original purchase date to request a return. Please note: This policy only applies to purchases made directly on our site. For items purchased from a retail partner, please contact the store directly for their return policy.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them – unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Consumer Care team through the live chat option on our website or by calling 1-888-521-6550 (Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET; Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET). We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience. Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns for items sent back without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2-4 business weeks. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for returns made after 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order online and returning the unwanted item for a full refund. This ensures you receive the desired item quickly, even if it’s out of stock when we receive your return.
Promotional Items
If your original purchase included a promotional gift with purchase, you must return the gift item along with the original product to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the gift item, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund amount.
Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, once you submit your order, we cannot make any changes to the ordered items, shipping/billing address, payment method, etc. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via live chat or phone (888-521-6550). Please note: Order cancellation may not always be possible, as orders are quickly processed and shipped from our warehouses. If your order has already shipped, we kindly ask that you accept the delivery and follow the return procedures outlined above. Refusal of a shipment without prior approval will be considered an unauthorized return and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
